Have been a long time client getting waxes from Lourena when we were stationed at Lejeune 4 years ago. So thankful she is still here providing the same top notch waxing and customer service and care. Studio is super clean and I love her passion for giving her customers the best!! Would recommend to anyone who has been waxing for years or is new to waxing.
I love this place. I've been a customer of Lourena going on roughly four years. Yes, I'm going to count my overseas time ( lol ). I freaked out when I returned and thought she was gone. To my delight she expanded her business. The best waxes I've ever had the pleasure of getting. Top notch customer service.
I somehow managed to "just relax" even with my two kids with me! Lourena has the gift of touch and puts you at ease from the moment you walk in the door. I enjoyed her company and conversation. Loved my time here (and my brows!) and I will be a customer as long as I'm in Jax!
