If you’re looking for a Realtor, hire Brad! Seriously, he’s an amazing agent who is honest, transparent, and very professional. One of the things I appreciate most about Brad is how calm and thoughtful he is during negotiations and when giving advice. That’s a real skill, and one I wish every agent had. He’s extremely knowledgeable about the Seattle market and has the experience to make you feel confident that you’re in very capable hands. Highly recommend!
Brad was great! Fantastic communication, and very quick to respond.
Brad was an all star. As new Seattle - ites, without a clue of where we wanted to live - he gave us the space and information to explore regions and homes that would suit our style and budget. His knowledge of the real estate market here is unparalleled. As first time buyers, he made the process and seamless. We ended up with a place that we couldn't be happier with!
I have used Brad twice now for real estate transactions in the Seattle area and he has been excellent in every way. Accurate, timely, professional, friendly with a "get it done" attitude. If I could, I would give him a 20 stars.
I had clients that I referred to Brad Davis at Just Real Seattle and he did a wonderful job by them. They were able to find what they were looking for and successfully close on a property. I would recommend him and if given the opportunity would be glad to refer to him again.
