I had a pool installed by Just Pools late this summer. Tom and his crew worked their tails off. I am very pleased with the finished product.
Warning: We have had the most horrible experience with Just Pools in Imperial, MO. Please, if you are ever in the market for a pool please don't patronize them. Rude, poor communication and promises they just don't deliver. We are sitting with an unfinished pool in our back yard and they only hang up on us when we call to request it be finished. I truly can't believe they are still in business.
Just Pools has stood by their word and has been very helpful. I am a first time pool owner and need all of the help I can get! Glad they are there for me.
I'm so beyond disappointed in how my pool was taken care of. What needed to be done & what was paid for VS what services were provided were 2 totally different things. No sense in going into detail b/c I'm sure this post will be deleted, but I just have to post this anyway. There are no words....
