Employee with the worst attitude. Not going back. Wanted to size my gauge. She begrudgingly approved the sizing. Not helpful with my questions when trying to pick a specific type of gauge. Seemed like I was a nuisance even thought there was no line behind me. Went back a day later because the size was wrong. Janine was really nice a friendly! It was my first piercing so she was very informative and took me through the process nice and easy. Definitely going back here and recommend for people!
I would give 0 stars if I could. Everytime I come to this kiosk they have no customer service skills at all!! No hi welcome no thank you. They don’t ask if you need help or finding everything okay. They just sit there on their phones!!! This is crazy
