I wanted to set a surprise 40th birthday Paint party and Susan was so helpful and flexible with everything she was on time and had it all set up, very friendly and made the paint party fun and enjoyable.... definitely recommend her and will keep her in mind for any future paint party..!
I would of never got tickets through Groupon for this place if I knew how unprofessional this women is. I contacted her several times about dates to register and she doesn’t respond nor pick up her phone. She stealing people’s money. She never posts dates and if u didn’t know your Groupon tickets expire. Awful business. If I could give this place no stars I would have
I would rate the customer service from this business with no stars. I bought 5 Groupons for a paint party and could not get the business to respond with a date for an August party. I sent several emails and called several times. I do not recommend doing business with this company. I traded my Groupons in.
