The worst nail experience I've ever had. Normally I am seen my an older woman who's great, but today I was serviced by an old man, who managed to hurt me 5 times within matter of minutes, he was so rough with the drill, drew blood, while fumbling with his phone/taking personal calls. He also cut my nails short when I specified that I wanted to keep them long, didn't ask me what shape I wanted, and did the most crooked shape possible. Great service!! I used to drive to Colorado Springs to get my nails done. Now, under new owner and great workers, this place is the best Fountain has.
Horrible!!!! I took my step mom there while she an my dad where on vacation here visiting I have never been but it was right up the street and boy was it over priced we both got pedicures mine was 10 min long maybe the older lady I had didn't pay very much attention my nails polish had bubbles in it , and I got gel on my finger nails(French) the gel didn't even cover my finger nails an the white was noticeably lopsided it was a horrible experience and being charged an arm & leg for 2 pedicures an one gel I can't believe it .... read more
