Shop owner and staff very informative. I was very happy with oil change service. Won't be taking my car anywhere else
When I arrived, no one answered the door & there was no key drop off box for early arrivals, even though I wasn't early & the person I spoke to the day before said there was a drop off box. The inside is messy, old and unclean. They tested the battery on my 10 month old car, & said it was at 23%. I brought it to Firestone and Hyundai and both tested it and said the battery is fine. Unprofessional. Untrustworthy. Lazy.
