EZ Storage moved and stored our furniture. 3 pieces were damaged. One was a $1600 chaise and they offered us 160 bucks, insulting. With all that I have been sending them pictures and emailing with what’s going to happen to my damage items and no response. Sad and unprofessional. The guys who delivered where kind and I will recognize that because that is the right thing to do. Storage on the other hand, not good. Being professional is the least they can do and pay and recognize the damaged items. I will not use them again.

After they moved me, someone went through my jewelry and helped themselves to over $1000 worth of earrings and necklaces. My daughter personally moved the jewelry and put in the closet of the new home. After about a week or so I went to change to a different pair of earrings and noticed lots of earrings where missing. Filed a police report on 5/15/2019, the move was on Wednesday 5/15/2019.
No call - No show! After making special accommodations, paying our deposit for our move and scheduled to begin moving between 9am-10am today - yes Sunday and confirmed my whole office is left scrambling putting boxes in our vehicles at 11:45am because this company has not showed! There is no after hours number to contact anyone directly. Frustrated, irritated, and taking legal actions after this one!
We moved from Canton to Livonia and ended up moving on the hottest day at the end of September! Justin, Eric and Edward all did a fantastic job. They were very quick, everything went smoothly, worked extra hard in the heat and were very respectful of our home! From start to finish EZ moving and storage was great! Everyone was friendly, honest and working hard. I would not only use them and recommend them again, I would request Justin, Eric and Edward! -Deb
