I found this service provider by searching for garage door companies online. The provider who replaced my garage door motor (based in Otis, Oregon) didn't change out the wall unit inside my house, and never returned my repeated calls to him to get him to finish the job. Need help identifying a problem that occurred after having new siding out on. Jack came over figured what the problem was told me how to rectify it and didn't charge for the consultation.
Oh no! Yesterday a cable broke on my garage door and the whole thing went wonky! The door would open without some creative use of a tire iron. Really. I used Google and found this company and left a message in the afternoon. I received a callback the next morning before 9 am! Thank you Jack !! I live 4hrs away from my cabin and was only going to be there for a week an our garage is an early 80s model with old brackets that had rusted in time . I had called Jack to meet me for a estimate to see if the job could be done and done before I had to go back? Of course no one has the brackets I need in stock !
