Similar experience to others here. Ordered on Dec 5, no product and incredibly limited responses from the customer service team. I'm not sure if they just couldn't keep up with the order demand or are a scam. Either way, I am extremely disappointed in my experience.

Placed an order on 12/2 and didn’t not get drawings for over a month. I emailed them twice and heard nothing until after the drawings were done. They then said there would be a $35 cancellation fee as the drawings were completed. This place is terribly run and their customer service is horrible. They didn’t hold up their end, but they are holding customers to a cancellation fee.

Placed an order from Just Lyne on Dec 1 for three hoodies that were to be designed with a picture of our deceased dog. These were going to be Xmas gifts for our three daughters. I was supposed to receive an email within 4-8 days to “review “ their design. It is now Dec 29 and I have received NOTHING. I have reached out to them multiple times via email and have received a generic response each time that tells me how to track my order. Ordered hoodie on Nov. 28th. Today is Dec. 20th and still haven’t even received a proof. No customer service number to call. Can only message. Would give zero star, but have to at least check one to submit review.
