Had a really bad experience with this company I had them for cleaning after being in a car accident the lady was very unprofessional and rude when she speaks to clients in their home. She also dropped my $900 Dyson vacuum and left the cleaners upstairs in the bathroom and didn’t bring them back down stairs to be put away safely. As I have an 8 year old in my home and could have got to the cleaners and make him really sick. I would never recommend this company for cleaning your home. Our caregiver Rahma was a wonderful solution for our mom, she was hard-working, caring and indeed just like family.
I would like to share my views on the wonderful company Just Like Family. Their caretaker, Noami was excellent. My mother has demencia, some days worse than others and Noami was excellent with her. Very caring and over the top with preparing meals and cleaning. She would talk to her and cheer her up when she was down. She would encourage her when she wasn't feeling well.
