From my first conversation with staff at JLF to having an incredible woman named Janet assigned to my mom and her partner. The experience couldn’t be have gone smoother. Everyone we have talked to took the time to learn about my mom and her needs and found the right person to work with her. Janet cleans biweekly for my mom and leaves the place looking incredible. We asked Just Like Family to find us a companion for our father, who could visit a couple of times a week, and sometimes go out for a coffee. We needed someone with particular skills and experience, and were very pleased when Paul was matched up. Our father is now in a care home, and Paul continues to visit him there, which has helped the transition.
