This business/charitable Home Care service is outstanding. They can take a senior who loves their independence and provide that individual with fully funded care, including transportation and home care. I've seen senior homes that are for low-income earners, which encompasses many seniors due to the poverty trap they are forced to enter. Those senior residences can be immensely overcrowded with distressful noise levels and a gross lack of care. I couldn't believe the state I saw in one of these in Calgary. Really happy with Raya, our caregiver. She has been coming on a regular basis since the first of December 2024. Always has a cheerful disposition, is very reliable and punctual. I can confidently leave her to care for Val and know that she’ll be in good hands. Raya knows Val’s moods and how to distract and calm her as needs arise. Raya is an excellent caregiver and I heavily rely on her. Raya has become “ just like family” in my eyes.

I am so impressed by the way this company allows its employees to go above and beyond for their clients without restrictions. Most companies say they go above and beyond but when their employees do go above and beyond they are told “ that’s not your job” or “the clients need to pay extra for that “.
