We have been clients of Just Like Family Home Care since December 2025. Our support worker, Raquel, has been with us almost 6 months, and she is the best caregiver we have had. She is gentle, sensitive, caring, efficient and competent. She responds to all requests with cheerful, patient grace. She is reliable and punctual. We have also appreciated the excellent communication from the Just Like Family Home Care office.

We were having some (multiple) issues with the default government appointed home care company and I was told about Just Like Family by a cousin in Medicine Hat who had nothing but good things to say. I reached out and immediately was contacted by Karen who was great to deal with and provided every bit of info we could ask for. We contracted with Just Like Family when my wife and I became unable to look after ourselves independently. We met with Karen before signing on the dotted line, and we were impressed that, unlike another company, no pressure tactics were employed. My family has been using Just like Family to care for our Dad since 2024. We have had many different caregivers throughout that time which have all been great, but we wanted to give an extra special mention about our most recent caregiver, Deena.
