If your laptop is broken, and you are in complete despair, this is where you go to find Hope again. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. They have fixed my laptop, several times, saving me when I had not backed things up recently. In my words I think I would call her a ‘Laptop Surgeon’. Professional, extremely skilled and highly experienced, she exuded confidence as she looked over my computer. In my imagination I saw her gently carry my HP 15” to her operating table, where she probably had overhead lights, and assembled many specialized tools, to perform the operation. I needed a new screen for my laptop. Mary went above and beyond and also cleaned up a lot of unneeded files on my laptop. I was pleased with her work and I do plan on using her services in the future.
I could not have picked a better place! I telework from home so I'm constantly on my laptop. Unfortunately, while travelling I had my laptop in my backpack which I accidently dropped and in the process and I damaged my laptop screen.
