Wonderful staff from the front desk, nurses, and providers, easy making an appointment, and being open on weekends is a huge plus! Amy Mason is a great provider and takes the time to answer questions. I can't say enough great things about this pediatrician office.
A vaccine-only appointment was confirmed by phone because my daughter was not yet eligible for her annual well-child visit. After we arrived, staff initially refused to vaccinate her without the exam and only agreed after repeated insistence. The vaccines were ultimately given, but a routine appointment should not require this much arguing—especially after it was confirmed in advance. The conflicting information and lack of ownership made a simple visit far more stressful than necessary.
We are new to OK and I called to set up a new PCM for our 2 year old. We have chosen to do a delayed vaccination schedule at this time, and we were disappointed to hear that none of their pediatricians would take our son on as a new patient.
