They should not call themselves an urgent care if they have certain types of patients they will not provide care for. I walked in with my 2yr old son, who was clearly in the midst of a severe allergic reaction, but they refused him care because his vaccinations are not up to date. The other patients and families in the waiting room even tried to advocate for my son, that he clearly needed to be seen ASAP, but it was no use. very informative and very professional, would recommend for any first time parents or even parents of multiple kiddos!
So sweet and very intelligent. She knows her stuff in. You can tell she’s very caring. My daughter’s eye got really puffy out of nowhere and she made our visit so much better.
