Called and spoke with Rania for some tail light guards for my 2017 jeep wrangler. She let me know that they had a pair in stock and could go by to pick them up or have them shipped to me. I went tho the Oakdale location and met her in person. I had some questions that she thought would be better answered by the manager Jacob and he was there in seconds. Not a great experience with this company. 2 orders over the course of a few years and nothing is ever received when they say it should be. Customer service could be better. After talking with staff it is Rugged Ridge that is holding up deliveries. Just be aware when purchasing that brand. ETA on Just Jeeps website is supposed to be 12-18 days and it’s been over 4 weeks.
