My ticket was closed before I could provide feedback on my experience, so it will be placed here instead. I placed an order on July 27th for a few pieces from the online store totaling just over $400.00. After multiple messages in a ticketing system from the seller over a course of 2 weeks I was still not clear whether the item was discontinued or there would be a significant delay in receiving the product.
