Poor communication, poor stock on products, will never order from them again. Sure they will be upset about review, probably try to remove it, but it the truth so what let's erase history to make ourselves look good?!!!!! if you advertise a product, have it and ship it that is what I pay for.
I bought a Thule roof rack from Just Jeep online. Didn't hear from them for a week so sent a follow up email. When I heard back I was informed that they had to cancel the order as the product was in back order. Strangely, when I checked again online the same product was listed as available but at a higher price. Just Jeep's explanation is that they list all items still in production as "available", regardless of if they actually have stock. Makes no sense to me.
