Blinds arrived damaged AND the wrong color. Customer service said they would ask their "supplier" for assistance with my claim. "Supplier" stated that they couldn't do anything about my concerns, and the company proceeded to ghost me. I filed a claim with my credit card company. Justblinds ghosted them, too! So the claim settled in my favor. Understand that justblinds is a clearing house, not a manufacturer, and they clearly have no control over the production process, nor do they care as long as they have your money. This blind installation company caused $7,000+ in damage to our window frames while installing blinds. I had to have the entire window removed and repair and rip all of the drywall around the window (see photos). This install was in a commercial application. We have windows installed into precast concrete walls (what every new commercial building is made from now). The installer drilled into the drip cap of the window using a 4 inch screw for the valance. No clue why they used such a long screw, as these valances weigh less ... read more
