Just in time IS NEVER IN TIME. WHEN NEEDED EMERGENCY CALL PEOPLE JUST GO ON A LOG THAT IS FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS EVEN WHEN THEY HAD BEEN OUT 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO FIX SAME PROBLEM. BEWARE
I own a restaurant and had issue with the ice machine, I called just in time in February 2020 to fix it They came charged $280, machine started working but within a week but in three weeks it had the same problem, so we called them again they charged $525, saying they have fixed the problem. Today we are having the same problem, I called them and they told me they will come to do diagnostic but will charge $185/trip. She said they DO Not give warranties on anything they fixed. Never using this company anymore.
