I want to give a big shout out to Kyle an Nate who installed my hot water heater today they faced some challenges. Let me just say that the water department in sandwich IL could do much better, but despite those challenges they handled it like the professionals that they are I would highly recommend Just in time
Same day appointment and I could not be more pleased. Kyle and his companion were thorough and clear and explained everything that needed to happen. They also helped with a future estimate for hot water heaters. Extremely kind. Competitive pricing.
The technician who visited our house was on time & knowledgeable. We were due for cleaning of both the air conditioner & furnace. They take care of older customers like us. They call to set up maintenance appointments & provide paper copies of services performed & billing. I appreciate that. We have been very satisfied with the service we’ve received from Just In Time for more than 15 years & highly recommend them.
Water heater and sump pump went out, Scott and Rob replaced both in under 3 hours. Excellent service.
