SCAM! Don't order anything from this place. I ordered on October 30th and have been trying multiple times to get ahold of anyone about my order. Phones go to voicemail every time. Filed a complaint with the BBB to get my money back.
Couldn’t be more pleased with my new kitchen floor. I am notoriously indecisive but the folks at Just-In Floors made the whole process so simple for me...I wish I would have called them sooner! Their process, from my initial contact to the final installation, was handled professionally and efficiently. Combine that with great customer service and you have a company that I’m already looking forward to working with again.
Prices and customer service are great! I was afraid of having tile shipped half-way across the country, but in 6 cases of tile, as far as I can tell, are all are in perfect shape. Much thanks to the rep who worked with me on a shipping issue after the order was placed.
