Absolutely abhorrent, do not recommend. I scheduled an appointment for my daughter and they put it in incorrectly. So, I got a call that I missed it, but it wasn’t supposed to be until the following day. They felt bad, and rescheduled for 8/17/26 at 3:45pm. They called me 4 times Friday but I was out of town for a sudden death in my family. I had to travel to/from Texas. I was on a plane, in airports, and dealing with a death. I was unable to call them back by 4:30pm, so they scheduled over her appointment with someone who t... read more

Excellent care, knowledgeable and very friendly staff.
The other day was my first time there. The receptionists were so friendly. Dr Katelyn Petraglia was awesome! She told me step by step what she was going to do and asked me if I was okay periodically. This part's going to be hard for people to believe but she was so gentle & I was very relaxed. Her helpers were amazing as well. This by far has been the best dental experience ever. I highly recommend them! Btw, no pain and I believe that's because she was so gentle.
Great experience with everyone from this office!!! The administrative and clinical staff were courteous and professional. Dr. Petraglia was AMAZING during the whole root canal process!! She consistently checked in with me and informed me of what was happening. Admittedly, I did inquire about nitrous oxide, which was not covered by insurance ( which I was told up front upon inquiry). I did opt for the nitrous oxide for the calming effects, which was AWESOME! I will highly recommend this office, and specifically Dr. Petraglia ... read more
