I have never dealt with such a rude woman. Colette is the most unprofessional person. Hanging up numerous times on me. She will not release semen when needed. Always an excuse. She has already cost me a lost heat. I will be starting legal actions on her and company. They close and don’t let people know. I will Never ever deal with them. I highly encourage people to try somewhere else. Please do not use this dodgy company and the worst customer service I have ever had.

Service? What service! Collette is an absolute dragon of a person to deal with. She’s abhorrently rude and shes a thief! What kind of business hangs up on a customer? AND What kind of business goes on holiday with NO NOTICE and takes your storage payment anyway?? I needed semen from storage for a breeding and she was ‘away’ And uncontactable with no access to the storage facility. NOT 1 day or 2 days weeks at a time.
