Just want to start off by saying that I originally had an issue with the flowers my wife received for valentine's day. I was not happy at all. A little less then a week later i decided to write a review (which I really hate doing) but after I wrote it the owner texted me reached out to me pretty quickly. He was very apologetic and wanted to make it right. He was a man of his word and today my wife received a beautiful bouquet in a vase which I originally didn't order with the original flowers.
