Terrible experience! The car turned out to have so many problems, cost me nearly an extra grand to fix. I am a single mom trying to get my daughter a car and was completely taken.

Yes, I received a courtesy call. It was very helpful. The sales person was willing to negotiate on the price because I want to pay cash. Although I haven't had a chance to go and look at the car personally. I think they may have a good deal there.

The dealer was friendly when I called to make an appointment to look at this car I liked. However, when I arrived to check it out, my mom and I were talking with another buyer that was picking up the vehicle he bought. He saw us looking at the car I liked, then told us that it was already sold to one of his coworkers a few days before. I thought it was a waste of my time to drive down there to look at a car that was already sold, and the dealer/owner failed to tell me that upon arriving. Great friendly young man. He was nice and allowed me to take the buick for a test drive unaccompanied, but sadly the check engine light came on. He was kind and told me to take it to the nearby O'Rieleys to get a scan. They said they could have the problem fixed if I wanted to buy it but they only accepted cash payments. Overall I had a very good experience at this dealership. No pushy salesman. The young man seemed very genuine. I'd send my friends to this dealership.
The dealer responded immediately. Not sure of the vehicle because of the distance.
Very helpful and understood what I needed. A friend had a good experience so I was happy to also get great service.
