Location: Just For Sports ********************** I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at one of your store locations. Bought a shoe here and my daughter tired it on at home and it was too small and I asked if she could give me a size up as I bought it without her being present. When I brought it back and the woman spanish manager did not accept the return the shoe was only tried one. She made a big deal and said it was not resellable. LIES. The shoe had nothing wrong with it. Very disappointed.

Bought a shoe last week, came back 3 days later to buy the same shoe and the price went up eigthy dollars. When asked why he said he can take ***** off but he would have to add taxes which it is tax free week. Never going back and also suggesting you don't either. No business should be allowed to change the prices of goods as they like. It's bad business

Be aware of this companys return policy, which in actuality is a no return policy. They only do exchanges and store credits. This was never conveyed to me by an employee at their store, nor was the policy obviously displayed in their store. Even upon making a purchase online is it not mandated one must acknowledge their return policy before making a purchase. Buyer be aware of this deceptive sales practice before making a purchase with this company, either in store or online.

I visited a just for sports today 03/13/2022 and when inside to purchase retro 12 stores . Come to my surprise that the company is charging an additional $100 for the Jordan’s . Other competitors such as footlocker , Champs Sports, and Shoe palaces . The shoes are originally $200 and they selling them for $300. I have a recording of the traction for proof . I think this company should lose they contract . It’s a shame to be greedy for money
