Excellent customer service and a wide variety of foods which can accommodate special diets.
I get some of my food there,always enjoy seeing the resident kitty!!

Always have had great customer service and everyone is very knowledgeable about products and pets. Also very helpful, when I was pregnant the employees would carry dog food to my car. Definitely recommend Just For Pets to anyone!

I have been to this store only once. The atmosphere was unfriendly at best. Product line was limited. However, I was shocked after receiving badgering phone calls at my place of work and hearing the "f-word" coming from Heather because she did not want to wait to be scheduled for service. I am surprised that a fellow business person would not be more professional and courteous, especially when involving the name of her business. I never commented the F word to you, nor did you ever receive badgering calls from me. Browns Glass should find a new receptionist who doesn’t lie and isn’t rude. My store merchandise is far from limited. 🐶
Love the store itself. Great selection. My issue is with employee knowledge. Most of the time they don't know an answer, prices, or when something will be back in stock. I go weekly as they're one of the only places to carry my food... but almost every time I've been frustrated but the lack of knowledge or actual answers from the employees. Again, love the store, supporting a local business... but don't expect an answers to your questions.
