They do a fabulous job grooming my bunny. I trust them, and so does he (which is rare 😉).
Brought our two labs Marlin and Coral in for their first grooming appointment. I was nervous to get them trimmed down again because the previous groomer hacked my chocolate lab up. But these ladies were great. I have anxious labs but they handle then with ease! Plus, listened to the cut and trim we wanted! We will be back! Thank you!
We needed a bed for our Rottweiler for the rv. it needed to be just big enough to fit in a small space and keep him cool while driving. they helped me pick a bed and let mandrake test it. he loves it. he also got a bath and nails trimmed. he is so beautiful. they get all his loose hair out. he smells great for weeks.
We went there today just on a whim looking for a 40 gal or bigger habitat for my son's beardie. What a fantastic store! They have far more selection than all the big box pet stores. And fabulous customer service. Oh and they not only had a habitat but at a price that beat the big box stores. I drove there from Gettysburg and will continue to do so. Plus it keeps money local.
We placed an order for extra small crickets. They sold our order to someone else!! They said, "We can get you more next week" when we were shocked and unhappy with their customer service. We will not be back. Small crickets are difficult to find, but we will travel or order online if needed. SMH
