So be prepared to get a workout. Foot reflexology is relaxing but remember when they hit those points under your foot when they find the knots take a look at their faces when they grin. Funny to them amusing to you but afterwards you'll feel the difference. Great service and great for your feet.
Half hour message left me feeling a lot better then when I went in. Tried pain killers that didn't even touch the pain. This made me feel relaxed and nearly pain free. I will be going back.
Had a very good masssge from Lily. I asked for medium pressure and she did exactly that. I will definitely go back when I am back in town.
