Since this is a pediatric practice, I was hoping for a more welcoming, engaging environment that helps create a positive and healthy experience for young children. My oldest son has been a patient here for 12 years and has had great service. However, today's reaction was totally uncalled for. Their policy states they can refuse to reschedule not that they DEFINITELY WILL refuse to reschedule if you miss an appt. My 8 yr old son woke up early this morning with a high fever and vomiting. I want to first emphasize on the fact that all the dentists and dental hygienist have been nothing short of amazing…. Great care and compassion and I cannot recommend this dental practice enough! However the reason for 4/5 stars is because of the receptionist that is the most unprofessional person I’ve encountered in a long time.
