Levi was treated by a compassionate, professional, caring staff and dentist. Did not have to wait if any to be called back to be seen. Apple reminders were very efficient. Very positive experience.
We always have a wonderful experience
In the past I've had good experiences with my kids going here. Until today my 3 year old went in for his exam. As a dental assistant myself I would expect for assistant/hygienist to first ask if it'd be ok applying fluoride on patient and not just apply it. Also I've done pediatric dentistry and when seeing a patient with special needs maybe using a nomad X-ray machine would be more effective in my opinion. Every office works different I understand and I'm aware I can take my kids elsewhere also.
I have been with them for almost ten years and I love how they have other options for you when you don’t want to use fluoride. They are very nice, understanding and they listen and work with you and your wishes. From my one year old to my 11 year old never had a bad experience
