Worst customer service ever! Alexis has an attitude for no apparent reason. You would think if someone spends $1100 during an off season (October) then the business would at least pretend to be appreciative... but no. They had an attitude with me and all of my patrons which essentially reflected bad upon me. I rented Club Fred. Never again.

Worst customer service ever. The lady who manages the place has an attitude every time we talk to her, she wastes our time every time we show up and take up an extra 30 mins before they let us get on the boat. She clearly does not like her job and should find a new one. Yesterday we tried to change our reservation from 3pm to 4pm and she had such an attitude, we got tired of it and asked for a refund. Will never go back here again!
