Just Flowers has provided me with the worst experience buying flowers in my adult life. Understandable that they didn't deliver on Mother's day, but not the rude customer support, wait times, and hanging up on me to delay my request to cancel the order. Calling all day to talk to manager and only got through at 4:30 pm. Guarantied that I cannot cancel by postponing long enough for the order to finally go on the truck, two days later. Stick with 1800flowers, much better company by far!
I would only like to report the company so that other consumers can be made aware of the actions taken by Just Flowers company and their inability to complete my order on time. Today was a very important day for my wife and this order meant a great deal to me. I am a firefighter and I work 24 hour shifts thus I was not able to deliver flowers myself, I trusted this company with my money and time and they failed to deliver!
