Worst customer service to exist! Always messing with your bill And they never try to help with the bill Also their customer service you can barely understand them at times. If you're thinking about getting this company , don't. Theyll fail to even help you when they say they will.

I gave one because we start with wrongly the represntetive give me very low rate which was lie and i saw in the bill it 3times from given rate, i talk to manager they told me they fire that person but i still pay so much money and then i cancel this energy they charge me the beginning promise money and then they gave gift money i didn’t received it so as a result they are not trusted company

I worked for them for two months, back in 2014, UNTIL I learned how they would intentionally go to poor neighborhoods to get contracts signed off. Why do you think they have to ask ten questions, CALL A REPRESENTATIVE to have you sign the contract? Ask anyone around your neighborhood and they can verify! Just Energy employees get $60 for EVERY person they get to switch over to them! Do Not sign up with them. Look at all the lawsuits pending on them! Google just energy and lawsuits. God bless.
