I've hired Mark for two home inspections as a buyer. He is easy to talk to and is available after the inspection to answer any questions you may think of later on. His inspection reports are very thorough and well organized; he also includes lots of pictures, which is very helpful. His price is also reasonable, less than I was quoted from my lender.
The man that came to my house was on a personal phone call at least half the time he was here, he was rude to my realtor, he did not talk to me AT ALL about what was going on, used the bathroom where the cat box is in then wrote on the report there was an "awful cat odor throughout the house." He also left all the doors open, lights on, and dishwasher running even after he left. I was so relieved once he was gone.
