Placed an order on 3/6. Contractor stated order would be ready in 4 weeks. It's been 8 weeks and no one has called or return my calls regarding my order. I'm disputing the charges with my credit card company. Beware this is a scam.
Came out to take door measurements a couple of days after calling. Couple of weeks later our new French door was installed. Excellent installation, no drama and everything right on schedule.
My family and I needed a few windows in our home replaced. We reached out to Home Depot and Lowes and they just couldn't get windows installed quickly enough, so I searched on Yelp for a company. I was so glad that I did because Jeff and Virgil are the best! Jeff was very prompt in returning my call, listened patiently and carefully to what I needed replaced. We can't say enough good things about this company! Professional, considerate, efficient, knowledgeable, affordable, are just a few words to begin this review. We initially contacted Jeff about replacing 2 patio doors, 1 entry door with side window, 1 side entry door, and window in our home. Based on the big box store prices this was what we could afford in our budget. I had a wonderful experience with this company and highly recommend their services. I called Just Doors to get an estimate on replacing my front door. I spoke with Jeff and was immediately able to schedule a time for him to come out that fit with my work schedule. Jeff showed up right on time. Jeff was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable.
