I consider myself something of a cupcake expert, and I must say that the birthday cake for my daughter (chocolate cake with cream cheese chocolate icing) was by far the absolute best chocolate cake I have ever had! So rich and moist. Delicious!!! Thanks so much for getting it ready on such short notice.
