My fiance and i rented from this company for two years, we asked this company to give us more time to move out while my man has Covid. The real estate lady is rude and unprofessional, she told us no they would not help us during this pandemic and holidays. Such a sad way to leave this company i wish we never rented from them. We have a son who has to worry about where we will.be for Christmas.
Just don’t waste your time , she’ll most likely decline you. She’s had a listing for a whole month and takes pride in having it be a popular place people want to rent and posts on her Social media but doesn’t actually give anyone the opportunity to rent it.

There is an agent Kristi Pullen who was nice and answered most my questions in the beginning. I explained all our credit positive and negative and said if any issues at all I have an excellent co-signer . We just wanted to do on our own. Well as soon as she ran our credit she denied us and said she rented to another person. Ok all fine and dandy til I got our reports back! His states approved with conditions they want a co-signer.
