I have to say they went above and beyond to help my stepfather get the care needed, hours needed they have always been respectful and polite to us and im so thankful for this place.
Great company. Friendly and extremely knowlegable about Home Care services. I have been in this line of work since 1982 and have recommended this company to family and friends without hesitation. The owner is considerate and kind, she truly knows her business and cares about her clients and staff.
Trust me, find another home health agency. This is the worst agency in the state! The receptionist has no knowledge, and isn't able to answer any questions. If she does, the answer is wrong! And the 'owner' will not return calls to answer your question correctly...if she even knows the answers. Not to mention that she is the biggest 'B' you will ever have the misfortune of knowing. DON'T DO IT!
