Don’t believe the 5 star reviews. They are the owners of the company. Their workers stole my mother’s jewelry and my heirlooms from my grandma after her passing. They are CROOKS! If you use them, I advise you to put hidden cameras in your house.
DO NOT use them for your loved ones. They are unreliable and inconsistent. Some of their aides steal and untrustworthy. Twice my mother was left alone because no one showed up and no replacement. One aide took my mother to the bank and stole a couple of hundred dollars and then stole my prescription pain medication right out of my bedroom! If you want to have a peace of mind and be stress-free find another agency who you can rely on.
