Cory, who works at the Allentown and Pottstown store is simply one of the smartest, friendliest employees. He was empathetic to having me wait on the phone while he double checked the skew # for my mattress. He took my info and promised to call back once a quote document in the system was created. He did!! Great customer service skills....funny, apologetic....thankful for my patience.
