Started out great, a kind and seemingly genuine business owner. Got him out to the property to assess several things that are needing to be done at my rental property. Was told I'd have a quote in a day or two. After a week I had to contact asking for the quote, got just a text (not an actual quote) a few days later, with what he thought it would possibly cost. Had to re verify all the work that would be done, in short I agreed to the estimated price and asked when they would start, was told "umm, possibly end of the week". ... read more
JBI installed our fence in the time frame they quoted and did quality work, would recommend them and will use them for future projects
I'm a handiman and got into the middle of my own porch addition but needed help. I reached out to JBI and they were very responsive. He came over right away and gave me an estimate for the work I needed done. He gladly worked us into his schedule and even worked after his normal day was done to help me out of a tight spot. His crew got the addition weather tight and I am back on schedule. Without their help, I won't have been able to get my addition completed. Thanks JBI!
I've contemplated leaving a review for the last 4 months. But seeing others have had the same experience, I'll share mine. The owner was great to work with when our deck project started Oct 5th, 2023. Pretty responsive, took just over a month to complete and wrapped up with spindles and stairs on Nov 14th, 2023. I knew they were very busy with projects but we were kept informed. The base frame of the deck is solid as can be, the deck and railings looked great but were obviously a rush job.
