This service advisor was great but the mechanics really did not know what they were doing. Went in for an alignment had a complete new front end on the vehicle. It was supposed to take 1 hour took him 3 hours to get it aligned properly.
Very friendly and went above and beyond to Diagnose the issue and made sure to keep me informed
The store manager was very helpful on getting my truck fixed. The Roanoke store never would stand behind they're work, so I took my truck to Weatherford and they fixed the issue.
