Such a shame Pep Boys do not have more people like Michael working for them! I came in because of an issue with my tires back in August and he was so honest that I had to come back to replace my brakes. When I came this past week I found out he was on vacation and the guy there gave me a sales pitch and wanted to charge me a crazy amount of money so I chose not to do anything till Michael was back (just to make sure what I was told was the truth).
