I would give then 0 stars if possible, no wonder they are going out of service they can't even answer a phone. They hung up on me 3 times. The workers here are a joke.
Honest and friendly. Had some tire issues and Dean and co. took care of them. A few months later I had a leak in my new tire and they took care of it! RIP Pep Boys. Now I don't know where to go.
