I was really worried about my mum after her fall, but the team at Just Better Care was really helpful. Can't recommend them enough for the peace of mind alone.
The staff are friendly but they have a high turn over of staff & no one seems to stay long. Management are absolutely chaotic. There seems to be a new Coordinator every couple of months. No consistency at all! Avoid at all costs! Don't waste your time & money
