I loved my case manager how ever I never met my therapist and it took for me to say I want a new therapist for her to help me she said she can send recommendations but never did and now that I’m asking thr therapist to be discharged no one is answering or helping once again

Just Believe Life Enhancement Services was a very disappointing experience for me. The therapist rarely met with me but continued billing I only knew due to my insurance company calling to inform me that I had sessions that never happened. I reached out for counseling because I was going through a lot and really needed help, but instead of supporting me, the therapist decided she didn’t want to deal with me and discharged me. I was a client with Just Believe Life Enhancement Services and my experience was disappointing and stressful. The support I received felt inconsistent, and communication with staff was often confusing. I tried to be open about my mental health needs, but instead of being met with understanding, I felt dismissed and unsupported .
