I’m not one to post negative reviews but after my 3rd attempt to support this local business with RUDE service from whom I believe to be the owner, I will not be back in the store. All three times I never got so far as to even order. Each time I go back in against my better judgment and receive the same service from the same person. So bummed cause there really are cute things inside. I’m a small business owner and want to support local but I’ll stick to Stewart’s for my ice cream and On a Roll for my deli treats.

Sorry you feel that way. I am the owner that you spoke to. If you noticed we have a sign posted on the door and multiple places in the store that we don't allow Face Shields. This is why you were refused entry. As a small business owner I can set forth the rules and regulations I need to keep myself, staff and my family safe.
RecommendedThe owners are the best! Great customer service, food and the only place our family goes for ice cream and treats. Prices are great and the quantity of food is just right. Did I mention the food is delicious!
