Recently bought all our bathroom hardware there, the service and advice by Luke and also their other staff and management were exceptional. We spent more than we planned, but definitely no regrets. You get what you pay for, and their service matches their products. Thank you all!
We ordered a lot of stuff from Just Bathroom Ware many years ago, now need new parts. Rang up and spoke to HELENA, who was not very helpful at all to help track down what we originally ordered and wasn’t very willing to help. When asking who to send pictures to she didn’t give her direct work email, instead said to just email it to the address on the website. Quite disappointing aftercare customer service.
Dan at Crows Nest sent the wrong bathroom taps! He sent the original quote spec not the revised quote to my builder. He should of double checked that detail. Now holding up my entire entry date into my new build since it takes 12 wks to get them. Terrible service!
Even though they did not get the sake Their customer service was impeccable and would recommend them as a first stop for all your needs
We have been to the Drummoyne shop for help with bathroom renovations twice now, first time in 1999 and now again in 2025. Both times they have been just fantastic.
