I had a very disappointing experience with Just Auto Care in Lombard during a pre-purchase inspection. I work at a dealership, and one of our customers brought a vehicle there for a PPI. During the inspection, we personally observed the technician loosen the oil pan bolts and then claim the vehicle had an oil leak.
