I've had several services done here, including fixing the lights, getting an oil change, and replacing some parts. The team was reliable, completed everything on time, and responded quickly when needed. Their work is trustworthy, and I’ll definitely come back for any future car needs.
Total scam artists. According to this shop my tire was split and unrepairable also, all 4 of my tires needed to be replaced. They took the Mopar keys to unlock my wheel and made me wait 10 minutes to get one back, which doesn't look anything like one they took. I was charged $35 to have the spare tire put on that lost 5 psi in 5 blocks. Just had my original tire repaired for $35 and $45 for the spare to be repaired. Oh and the rest of my tires still have a lot life left in them.
Very poor service and extremely exploitative behavior. Just AutoCare took advantage of the fact that my car wasn’t running and would need a tow truck if I refused their service. Instead of helping, they used that situation to pressure me and inflate the price far beyond what’s reasonable. Terrible experience — avoid this scammer at all costs. I came in needing a new alternator for my Toyota Corolla. The OEM-equivalent alternator at NAPA, AutoZone, and O’Reilly costs around $120 with a lifetime warranty. But Just this guy insisted they would only install the part they provide for $500. I told them I could bring my own part and just pay for the labor, but they refused.
