I’ve been to Just Auto three times now for servicing my 2011 Mazda 3, and each visit has cost me over $700$ (my last bill was around $1,300). In my experience, they often recommend replacements that don’t seem necessary and don’t always address the root cause of issues. For example, they told me to replace my wipers even though I had no problems with them, and when I asked if it could wait until the next service, they insisted it had to be done immediately. Great staff that are willing to help! Went for a service recently only for 2 weeks later to have an oil leak so when bringing it back, they fixed it free of charge since I was just in. Thank you!
